HOW TO PURCHASE


Step #1: Place your order by filling up the Order Form.
Step #2: We will email you a confirmation of the order together with our bank details and total amount due. Make your payment within 2 days or the order will be cancelled automatically.
Step #3: Notify us after you have made the payment via bank deposit to MAYBANK by filling up the Bank-in Notification form.
Step #4: We will email you the tracking number after send out the items.



DELIVERY MODE


For Clothings (excluding Jackets)

POSLAJU - Delivery within 1-4 days after items sent out

  • West Malaysia- RM7 nett first 2pcs, subsequent additional RM1 each pc

  • East Malysia - RM9 nett first 2pcs, subsequent additional RM1 each pc
POS EXPRESS - RM4.50 for 1pc only. Less secure as no signature is required.
INTERNATIONAL BUYER - Please email us for more details.



For Jackets and Bags (weight >300g per piece)

POSLAJU - Delivery within 1-4 days after items sent out


  • West Malaysia- RM7 nett first item, subsequent additional RM2 each pc

  • Sarawak - RM9 nett first item, subsequent additional RM2 each pc

  • Sabah - RM10 nett first item, subsequent additional RM3 each pc
INTERNATIONAL BUYER - Please email us for more details.



For Decorative Bra Straps

POS EXPRESS - RM 3.50 or RM 4.50. Less secure as no signature is required.
POSLAJU - RM 7 - west malaysia, RM 9 - east malaysia

PAYMENT

For local shoppers, we accept payment via bank deposit to MAYBANK only.
For international shoppers, do contact us at geneva.boutique@gmail.com for the payment mode.

  TERMS AND CONDITION


1) Please fill in the order form to place an order.
2) Only make the payment after the order and the availability of the stock is confirmed.
3) Please bank in the money within 2 days after the order is confirmed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
4) The items will be sent out within 3 days upon receiving the payment. Any outstanding balance will result in auto cancelling the order. Hence, no refund will be given.
5) All items are sold excluding the postage.
6) Items sold are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for any reason. All reasons for exchange or refund will not be entertained.
7) All items are checked to confirm in good condition prior to delivery.
8) However, if defect is found, please contact us and send back the item to us within 3 working days.
9) We will not be responsible for any losses or damage caused during delivery.
10) We accept payment to Maybank only. We will provide you the details after confirming the order.
11) All model pictures are for illustration only.
12) Please take note that there might be variation of +/- 1~3cm in the given measurement.
13) Colour may vary slightly due to monitor setting.
14) Please only purchase if you agree with the conditions above.
